![]() ![]() Score reports include obtained and predicted estimates of WAIS-IV Full Scale Intelligence Quotient (FSIQ) and all four index scores and/or Wechsler Memory Scale-IV (WMS-IV) index scores (depending on the options selected), comparisons to current WAIS-IV/WMS-IV 1 index scores with indication of significant differences, and base rates of resulting levels of difference in the healthy normative sample. The TOPF involves reading a list of 70 phonemically irregular words and is scored using the PsycCorp Center II Advanced Clinical Solutions (ACS) software. One such measure, the Test of Premorbid Functioning (TOPF) ( Holdnack & Drozdick, 2009 Holdnack, Schoenberg, Lange, & Iverson, 2013 Pearson, 2009, 2017 Wechsler, 2011), was co-normed with the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Fourth Edition (WAIS-IV), updating the Wechsler Test of Adult Reading (WTAR), and WAIS-III, respectively.
